A l&rsquo;aide de mat\u00e9riel (halt\u00e8res, steps, \u00e9lastibands, b\u00e2tons, ballons, etc.) les exercices permettront de travailler les diff\u00e9rents groupes musculaires sous une forme plus ou moins soutenue selon les cours. \u00c9tirements, et relaxation pour un retour au calme en fin de s\u00e9ance.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">&#8211;<\/span><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #0098a1;\">\u00c9TIREMENTS :<\/span><\/strong> M\u00e9thode de gymnastique douce qui vise \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper la souplesse du corps, \u00e9tirer les muscles et atteindre, par une pratique constante, une bonne mobilit\u00e9 articulaire. Cette m\u00e9thode de gymnastique est conseill\u00e9e \u00e0 tous.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">&#8211;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0098a1;\"><strong>GYM PILATES :\u00a0<\/strong><\/span> Travail du corps en douceur, bas\u00e9 sur la respiration, la concentration et la relaxation. C&rsquo;est un mouvement tr\u00e8s naturel qui ne n\u00e9cessite aucun pr\u00e9alable sportif&#8230; sinon de pouvoir marcher. S&rsquo;agissant d&rsquo;un sport doux, il convient \u00e0 tous, il renforce les fonctions respiratoires et cardiaques, soulage les genoux et favorise une tenue droite du corps (dos non courb\u00e9). Ce sport favorise une augmentation de l&rsquo;endurance, il fait travailler 80 % des muscles du corps et permet de br\u00fbler 2 fois plus de calories qu&rsquo;en marche normale. En raison de la meilleure oxyg\u00e9nation du cerveau, les capacit\u00e9s c\u00e9r\u00e9brales sont augment\u00e9es.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">&#8211;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0098a1;\"><strong>ENTRAINEMENT JOGGING ET ENDURANCE :<\/strong><\/span> Travail sur l\u2019endurance et la course (s\u00e9quences de 20 \u00e0 50 minutes de footing) en alternance avec divers \u00e9ducatifs de footing (les appuis de base, le fractionn\u00e9, le travail en c\u00f4te, etc.). Renforcement musculaire et \u00e9tirements<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">&#8211;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0098a1;\"><strong>GYM ET FOOTING :<\/strong> <\/span>Au cours d&rsquo;une s\u00e9ance, mise en \u0153uvre de 3 (voire 4) s\u00e9quences sportives. Chaque s\u00e9quence comporte en alternance un court exercice de footing (environ 5 minutes, chacun \u00e0 son rythme), puis une p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration active, suivie d&rsquo;exercices de renforcement musculaire. En fin de s\u00e9ance, \u00e9tirements pour \u00e9viter les courbatures.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">&#8211;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0098a1;\"><strong>GYM OXYG\u00c8NE :<\/strong> <\/span>Activit\u00e9s physiques vari\u00e9es et \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques pratiqu\u00e9es en ext\u00e9rieur (Parc floral ou bois de Vincennes).<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">&#8211;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0098a1;\"><strong>GYM D&rsquo;ENTRETIEN :<\/strong> <\/span>S\u00e9ance de gymnastique douce (pour les moins jeunes ou ceux qui veulent red\u00e9marrer doucement le sport) pour entretenir la souplesse du corps et profiter du plein air pour activer le rythme respiratoire. La s\u00e9ance est ax\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre, la coordination, la m\u00e9morisation des mouvements.
